A concept for a new Cellar Door space rooted in the distinct terroir of Tasmania's cool-climate wine country. The design draws from the island's raw material palette — weathered timber, stone, and earth — to craft an interior that feels both grounded and considered. Warm, tactile surfaces encourage customers to linger a little longer; a spatial sequence that moves guests from arrival through tasting to conversation, each moment shaped by the landscape it inhabits. Where wine is the occasion, architecture becomes the vessel.
