Builde’s new St Kilda workplace cohesively blends industrial charm with neo-elegance, reflecting the brand’s identity as a building surveyor. Spanning 165 sqm and designed for 12 employees, the space features raw concrete, black steel, and glass partitions in Mondrian-inspired arrangements, complemented by softly curved fixtures and botanical accents. The interior’s meticulous details include a communal kitchen and striking blue-painted ceiling infrastructure, creating a dynamic contrast. Lux terrazzo flooring grounds the design in elemental sophistication. Crafted as a bespoke response to context and functionality, this engaging environment embodies modern workplace dynamics, seamlessly integrating style, authenticity, and the essence of Builde’s brand.
